Delete your account and data
You can delete your Wanance account whenever you want. Your account and all your financial data are permanently erased.
From the web
Go to app.wanance.com, open Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account and confirm. Deletion is immediate.
From the app (Android / iOS)
Open Settings, scroll to Danger zone → Delete my account and confirm.
Without signing in, by email
Email us at wanance.app@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. We verify the account is yours and delete it within 15 business days; we confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your profile and access (email, name, password, sessions).
- Wallets, movements, categories and tags.
- Budgets, goals, challenges, debts, investments and scheduled payments.
- Forwarded bank emails, assistant conversations and notifications.
- Files you uploaded to your Drive stay in YOUR Drive: Wanance loses access.
What is kept
- Invoices for plan payments, only for the time tax law requires.
- Minimal security logs (no financial data) to prevent fraud, for a limited time.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first so it doesn't renew.
