Terms of Service

By accessing or using Wanance ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Wanance is a personal finance management platform that provides tools for:

• Tracking income, expenses, investments, transfers, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Managing multiple wallet types including bank accounts, credit cards, debit cards, virtual wallets, and cash balances.
• Organizing transactions with custom categories.
• Visualizing monthly financial analytics and summaries.
• Capturing movements from a receipt photo or voice note using AI assistance (AI capture).
• Using the Wanance mobile apps for Android and iOS, and installing the web app on your desktop.
• Syncing data in real time across devices (Pro and Teams plans).

Wanance is a financial tracking tool, not a financial advisor. No content in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

AI capture is an optional feature. When you use it, the receipt image or voice note you submit is processed by a third-party AI provider to suggest movement details. Any result is a draft that you must review and confirm before saving; it may contain errors. You are responsible for the content you submit and must not upload content you do not have the right to share. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.

To use Wanance you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at wanance.app@gmail.com.
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or that engage in prohibited activities.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, servers, or databases.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without our express written permission.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Wanance offers Free, Pro, and Teams plans. The current price and the features included in each plan are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. The price displayed at the moment of purchase is the price that applies to your subscription. The Free plan has no cost and does not require a payment method.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through MercadoPago until you cancel. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) for reference and are charged in Colombian pesos (COP) at the exchange rate applied at the time of each charge, so the amount billed in COP may vary between periods. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges to your selected payment method.

If a money-back guarantee is offered for a plan, its terms are those stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Where a guarantee applies, a refund may be requested within the stated period; outside of it, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro or Teams features until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may export your data at any time before this period expires.

The Wanance platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Wanance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your data belongs to you. You retain full ownership of all financial data, transaction records, and content you create within the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Wanance does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any financial data displayed. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results from using the Service. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wanance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. In any case, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Wanance in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colombia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email to registered users before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
